Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing a reason.
The right of withdrawal is valid if the product:

  • has not been used;
  • is not damaged;
  • has retained its original appearance;
  • is in its original packaging (if applicable);
  • is complete with all accessories and documentation.

2. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a written notice to the specified contact email.
Please include in the notice:

  • order number;
  • product name;
  • bank account number (if refund is to be made by bank transfer).

After receiving the notice, the customer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days.

3. Terms of Returning Goods

3.1. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
3.2. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product if it has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
3.3. We recommend using secure packaging to prevent damage during transportation.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
Refunds are issued:

  • using the same payment method as used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties;
  • to the customer’s specified bank account.

5. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • the product is made to a custom order;
  • the product is a hygiene or health-related item and its packaging has been opened;
  • the product is perishable;
  • the product has been used and does not meet return requirements;
  • digital content has been delivered and the user has agreed to its download.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. In such cases:

  • a replacement or refund is offered;
  • return costs are covered by the seller.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations, the consumer has the right to обратиться to:

  • the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (CRPC);
  • the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

8. Policy Changes

The seller reserves the right to make changes to this return policy at any time. The latest version is always available on the website.
